Frequently Asked Questions

When can we arrive to Chaffee? - Gates open at 12pm on Friday.  Early arrival is not permitted unless you have an early admission ticket. 

Is there a Friday Only ticket available? - No.

Will tickets be available at the gate? - Yes.

Are tickets refundable? - No.  You are more than welcome to sell your tickets.

Do I need to print my ticket or can I show it to you on my phone? - Either is fine.

Is an ID required to enter? - To obtain an adult wristband and enter Chaffee, you must be an ID having 18+ individual.  If you are under the age of 18, you must have an adult with you that is able to sign a safety waiver on your behalf.

Can we park next to our campsite?  - There are some sites where you're able to have your vehicle next to you however, since Chaffee is first come first serve, plan on carrying your gear from the parking lot to your campsite.

Are there food vendors? - Yes.

Can we have a campfire? - Yes, a well contained and maintained campfire is perfectly ok.  No bonfires! 

Is ice sold on the premises? - No.

Are there water refill stations? - No.

Are we allowed to leave and come back?  Once you have your wristband, you are free to come and go as you would like.  Be sure to also have your e-ticket or physical ticket available during reentry.  

Is glass allowed? - No.  For everyones barefoot safety, please only bring aluminum cans/bottles.  Please also bring garbage bags so you can take your recycling with you.  

When do we have to leave the premises? - Please do your best to exit the property by 12pm on Sunday.  Thank you.
